I assure you that, while I may be more intelligent than some, I would never postulate such so childishly as to carry a card proclaiming such. Nor am I intrinsically better than anyone or their mother, so much as I am simply quicker, smarter and faster. Make of that what you will.

I rather like some of them, though I've no idea what a 'luddite' is, but I do feel a certain amount of familiarity with that damned blue screen. If it were a person, I believe I would know its whole life story by now, in light of how many times we've met thus far.

By this, I'm somewhat flattered and rather amused, and by this, I proclaim, yes, I indeed am.

Ah, so that was a curse. And there I thought they were all celebrating Asian holidays, how silly. I think I'll join the outcry of those saying they'd rather not do it again, as I'm sure there must be, or will be, if there isn't already.

I've acquired suitable lodgings with no small aid from certain altruistic indivisuals, and, with the exception of being trapped in a lamely named city where I am apparently subject to random curses and other maladies, am fine. You may stop wringing your handkerchiefs, now, I'd hate for them to be damaged beyond repair.

I still have the horse-... [Something like a conceding sigh goes here, and the word 'tradition' may have been mumbled] named Horse, who has been tied up outside. Though it rather pains me to do so, I've no want nor need to care for the animal; is anyone in need of a beast of burden? For anything other than dog food, of course.

And I've been informed I'll need employment in this brave new world, to which I'd mention my various credentials, but rather don't have the time to list them all. I have past experience on the high seas, for one, and I am a consummate swordsman, and have various other skills you'll just have to ask me about, won't you?
